Overview
This website is operated by Intro Billets. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Intro Billets. By visiting our website, submitting a quote request, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Quote Requests and Orders
A quote request is an inquiry only. Submitting a request does not create an order, guarantee availability, reserve production time, or charge the customer. An order becomes binding only after final specifications and pricing are confirmed, the customer approves the order, and payment is completed.
Custom Product Information
Intro billet wheels are made to order. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate vehicle information, wheel dimensions, lug pattern, finish, quantities, brake details, suspension modifications, and other requested fitment information.
We may contact the customer to clarify or confirm specifications before an order is accepted. Product photographs are illustrative; color, polish, brushed finishes, reflections, and other appearance details may vary slightly because of lighting, screens, materials, and the custom manufacturing process.
Pricing, Taxes, and Shipping
Displayed and quoted prices are subject to confirmation before payment. Applicable taxes are calculated based on the information available at the time of the quote or order. Free U.S. shipping means standard shipping charges are included in the quoted or displayed price unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply to expedited service, remote locations, address corrections, special handling, or services not included in the quote.
Production and Delivery
Custom wheels have extended production lead times. Any production or delivery estimate is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of material availability, engineering review, manufacturing, finishing, quality control, carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Fitment and Installation
Professional test fitting and installation are strongly recommended. Before mounting tires, the installer must verify brake clearance, suspension clearance, fender clearance, hub fitment, bolt pattern, hardware, offset, backspacing, and overall dimensions. Do not mount tires or drive on a wheel if a fitment concern is discovered.
Customers are responsible for disclosing vehicle modifications that may affect fitment. Intro Billets is not responsible for problems resulting from inaccurate customer information, undisclosed modifications, improper installation, incorrect hardware, vehicle alterations, misuse, or failure to verify fitment before mounting.
Returns, Cancellations, and Claims
Returns, cancellations, damaged shipments, defects, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Custom and made-to-order products are generally final sale except for approved claims involving damage, defects, or an order that does not match the confirmed specifications.
Intellectual Property
Website content, graphics, photographs, text, and branding may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or used commercially without permission from the applicable rights holder.
Prohibited Use
You may not misuse the website, submit false information, interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, products and website services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in writing. Intro Billets is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use, installation, vehicle modification, or product use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time by posting the revised version on this website. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
